Welcome to Neemo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neemo app and neemoapp.com, provided by Global Computers & Networks ("GCN," "we," "us"). Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement
By using Neemo — whether the app or the website — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided by Global Computers & Networks.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the family members you invite. Children may use Neemo only under the supervision of the adult account holder.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of the recordings you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver those recordings to the family group you choose — that is the whole purpose of the service. You confirm that you have permission from any people who appear in your recordings.
4. Acceptable Use
Neemo is for private family use only. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, and not to attempt to access other families’ content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions
The Basic plan is free. Any paid tiers we offer are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are managed and canceled there, in your device’s subscription settings.
6. Our Content
The stories, songs, animations, and the Neemo brand are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Computers & Networks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time — see Delete Your Account & Data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
